Ordering Guidelines and Policies

While initial contact and updates may be done via email, orders must be confirmed by phone or in person.

Payment must be delivered to and orders must be picked up at my home.

Payment is due at ordering (to secure the order).

Cash and checks are accepted.

I will bake pies in your own pie plate as desired. This needs to be discussed at ordering.

Holiday Orders:
  • Only a limited number of orders will be accepted.
  • No orders will be accepted after the final ordering date.
  • Only the items listed on the holiday ordering menu will be available for that holiday.
  • Orders will typically be available for pick-up the afternoon of the day before the holiday (or as previously arranged at ordering).

Other Orders:
  • Please allow at least 1 week for regular non-custom pie or dessert orders made from my normal menu.

Custom Orders:
  • Custom off-menu items will be considered on a case by case basis depending on my availability and the availability of ingredients. Please allow a 2 week lead time for such requests.
  • I will, on occasion, accept custom decorated cake or cookie orders only as my schedule and availability allows. Please contact me at least 1 month in advance to check availability for custom decorated orders.
  • I don't do weddings.  Period.
